Andy started full time at 1st 2nd Mortgage in 1996, the day after he took both his New York and New Jersey Bar Examinations. However, his real start date was in 1982, when the company first opened. Andy was the company's third hire at the age of 11 where he made copies for his father, Andy Pada, Sr., the Founder and President of 1st 2nd Mortgage. Andy has worked in all areas of mortgage banking – from origination to servicing. He has served on numerous panels, advised departments of banking, and taught countless mortgage professionals. He currently oversees all areas of the company's day-to-day operations with a focus on the development and implementation of high-level strategies and setting the company's forward direction.
